1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MagicBox you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

2. Description of Service

MagicBox helps users express private wishes/needs and uses AI to discover potential matches. It is not a marketplace, classifieds board, or escrow service. No payments are processed inside the app.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login method (e.g. Google account).
• We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, spam, or fraud.

4. User Content ("Wishes")

• You retain rights to your text entries.
• You grant us a limited license to process them with AI solely for matching.
• Do not include: personal phone numbers, addresses, financial credentials, or illegal requests.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Matching & Interaction

Only high-level match metadata is shown until both parties consent. You agree to behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering or scraping.
• Uploading malicious code.
• Automated creation of accounts or content.
• Attempting to access another user's private wish text.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and app components (design, algorithms, brand assets) are owned by MagicBox. You may not reuse them without permission.

8. Availability

We strive for high uptime but provide the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis; outages or data loss may occur.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law MagicBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost opportunities arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms or legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Unless local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business.

14. Publication Limits

To prevent abuse of our translation service, the following limits are enforced for wish publications:

• Concurrent publications: Maximum 5 active wishes at any time
• Publication quota: Maximum 10 publications within a 10-day rolling window
• Cooldown period: Minimum 60 seconds between consecutive publications

When you reach the quota limit, you may delete previously published wishes to free up space for new publications.

Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension or termination.
